The resident is located on the hill side.The building is upto third floor in height from the front but, from the rear side it appears to be only upto first floor. The spaces are divided into 3 zone: Offics Space, Famiily Space and Recreational Space(pool). The Spaces are placed in alternate position so that, all the spaces can access natural sunlight, e.
